Visible Supply Chain Management focuses on global expansion; hiring Naruby Schlenker and Richard Garcia as new vice presidents

Created: 26 March 2019

Visible Supply Chain Management announces that Naruby Schlenker and Richard Garcia will both immediately join the Visible team as Vice Presidents of Business Development to further support the company’s global expansion.

“At Visible, we continually seek innovative people to join the team to disrupt and improve company processes and the supply chain management industry,” said Casey Adams, the company’s president. “Most important to us is our customers’ continued success which has been driving our growth. Our job is to make companies better with technology-forward processes, and professionals like Schlenker and Garcia will be instrumental in propelling that success.”

Naruby Schlenker co-founded Ordoro in 2010, a company that delivers a SaaS e-commerce logistics platform. Along with her team, she grew the company from an idea to a multimillion-dollar business that has processed over $1 billion worth of orders for thousands of merchants. Naruby led strategic business development and managed vital partnerships, including the relationship between Ordoro and Visible.

Richard Garcia has over a decade of experience in business development and logistics. Before joining Visible, Garcia served as the Director of Business Development at Shippo, a shipping API technology provider located in San Francisco, California. As director, he built out a partner ecosystem, partner program and business development functions — leading efforts for their technology, fulfillment, solutions, carrier and strategic partnerships.

Visible’s new hires come on the heels of achieving 72 percent CAGR growth over a five-year period and winning multiple industry and business awards including the top spot as the winner of MWCN’s (Mountain West Venture Capital Network) Mountain Mover Awards in 2018. The company serves 25K customers worldwide, ships more than 171 million packages in a year and executes 99.98% fulfillment accuracy.
